Frequently Asked Questions

What is a private GP, and how is it different?

A private GP offers longer, unhurried appointments, faster access and real continuity: you see the same doctor who already knows your history, rather than whoever happens to be available.

The clinic is at 10 Harley Street London W1G 9PF, in the heart of the city’s medical district, a short walk from Oxford Circus, Regent’s Park and Great Portland Street.

No formal registration is required. Appointments can be booked directly, whether it’s a single consultation or ongoing care.

Yes. Patients of all ages are seen, and many families choose to register together for coordinated, joined-up care.

Yes. Many patients see Dr Kasraie privately while keeping their NHS GP. With your consent, a summary of your care can be shared with your NHS GP so everything stays joined up.

Yes. All consultations and medical records are held in strict confidence, in line with GMC and UK data protection standards.

Yes. While there’s a particular focus on women’s health and menopause, general practice, aesthetics and preventive care are offered to patients of any gender.

Most major UK insurers are accepted, including Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality and WPA. Self-pay patients are also welcome, with transparent pricing throughout.
